What is TraceAir?

TraceAir is a land development platform which helps to measure, verify, and quantify progress of construction during the site work stage, significantly reducing budget and timeline uncertainty for developers, contractors and other parties involved in a project.

What do I need to get started with TraceAir?

The first step in getting started is to meet with our team for a Quick Demo. From there, our team will walk you through how it works. Once you decide to move forward with TraceAir, there are a few simple steps for Project Setup.

How much does using TraceAir cost?

Pricing is based on the size of projects and how often we scan the site. This can be as much or as little as you’d like. No project is too big or too little to benefit from TraceAir.

Do I need to purchase a drone?

Not at all! We work with licensed drone pilots that will come out to your site to fly the drone. If you already have an employee or contractor that flies drones for your projects, we can work with them to process your data into the TraceAir platform.

How many licenses are included?

Unlike many other software that charges per license, TraceAir provides unlimited licenses so that everyone involved with the project can have access to data and be on the same page.

Does TraceAir work through an app? Not everyone involved with our projects has a smartphone.

Nope! TraceAir is a web-based platform, with no apps or softwares to download. All you need is internet access and a web browser.

What is the ROI of using TraceAir?

This varies based on the size and quantity of your projects. All of our clients are seeing major returns on their investment. You can estimate your ROI using our calculator.

I am not a home builder, is TraceAir right for me?

TraceAir benefits anyone in need of project management or topography data. Clients use TraceAir for commercial projects of all sizes, land acquisition, landfill management, road and runway construction, and much more.

Can I use TraceAir even if my contractors are under a lump sum contract?

Yes, most of our customers use lump sum contracts with their grading contractors. TraceAir helps prevent project delays, ensure billing accuracy, and save money on consultants. Read more.

Is TraceAir easy to learn how to use?

Yes! Most clients will schedule a one hour meeting with their team for TraceAir to walk them through how to use TraceAir and all of its capabilities. If anyone needs another session or help learning specific features we are happy to do so.
