As TraceAir reaches its 8th-year milestone, we couldn’t be more proud of all that our team has accomplished. What began as a small startup has quickly grown into a powerhouse of innovation and progress.
By introducing cutting-edge technology built specifically for land developers, TraceAir has revolutionized the way projects are managed, making them faster and more efficient. Ensuring our software is dead simple in every aspect for every user has enabled us to empower thousands of land developers. TraceAir has become the go-to solution for lowering land development costs and accelerating site work.
Here are a few accomplishments we’re most proud of in recent years:
- Gaining Market Trust: TraceAir’s reputation for delivering results, prioritizing our customers' success, and being extremely easy to work with has allowed us to secure the trust and business of thousands of homebuilders and land developers, including the majority of the top-ranked. In the last few years, several national homebuilders have launched TraceAir company-wide within their organizations. Hearing our customers' success stories and their eagerness to help TraceAir grow has been a true testament to our hard work.
- Developing a Proven Solution: Over the years, we’ve seen many changes in the industry, from pandemic shutdowns and labor shortages to economic fluctuations. However, through it all, TraceAir has remained strong, proving its value time and time again. TraceAir has helped our clients save millions of dollars, dramatically improved their operations, and strengthened their teams.
- New Features: Within the last year, we’ve launched several new tools, including Exhibits, a collaborative tool for visual planning and accelerating workflows, and Lot Viewer, a tool that allows homebuilders to calculate cut/fill balance and elevations of their individual lots within seconds. We also launched several new drawing tools to increase collaboration. TraceAir is continually improving and evolving to meet the needs of users.
- Dead Simple: Our easy-to-use software became even easier this year with the addition of GCP placement, making TraceAir 100% turnkey. We’re committed to being the easiest software to work in every way.
- Site Work Summit: Last year, we held our first-ever Site Work Summit in Houston, Texas, bringing together top homebuilding and land development professionals to discuss the benefits and challenges of technology adoption. This February, we made our second stop in Raleigh, North Carolina. We are planning several more locations for Site Work Summits coming soon.
- Team Growth: The team at TraceAir has grown significantly in the last few years. Our entire team’s dedication to our mission, providing innovative solutions to our customers, and delivering top-notch customer service is unmatched. Each person brings a unique set of skills and experiences to the table, making our team truly exceptional.
