Women in Construction Week was founded in 1953 by 16 women working in the construction industry as a way of recognizing the few women working in construction at the time and inspire others. Women in Construction Week now takes place during the first full week in March every year. It is a time to highlight all the great initiatives and work of women within the industry. This week aims to raise awareness of the opportunities available for women in the construction industry and to emphasize the growing role of women in the industry. 

At TraceAir, our goal is making construction faster and more efficient. We are dedicated to innovation and improvement. When you want to change an entire industry, having a team willing to take chances, try new things, and think way outside the box is the most valuable asset. We believe the best way to achieve our goals is with the best people on our team, and we are very proud to have very talented and smart women on ours. Get to know some of the women of TraceAir:

 

Maria Khokhlova — TraceAir CoFounder and Chief Product Officer
