Introducing: Premium Scans

TraceAir is excited to now offer premium scans with high-resolution images and 360 panoramas captured at lower altitude. Higher resolution makes it possible to document even more fine details and objects on the scan such as asphalt or concrete cracks or roofing quality. ‍

Why Resolution Matters‍

Resolution is a measure of the pixel density. The higher the resolution, the more detail the image has. With our new premium scans, objects as small an inch will be visible. This is beneficial for project managers to be able to document the finished work (streets, sidewalks) or an important milestone (utilities installed) more precisely than ever with an extremely detailed photo record. This is very helpful during the handoff process when finished streets and infrastructure is being passed from the homebuilder ownership to the city or maintenance company. If any dispute about the conditions of the infrastructure arises after the handoff, the developer always has a visual archive to support its position.

For the vertical stage of the master planned community development the premium scans enable the progress tracking and documentation of the jobsite history. Imagine finding a crack in the sidewalk, incorrect roofing procedure early on and being able to go back in your TraceAir scans, zoom in on the area and determine exactly when and how the problem occurred.

High resolution scans are also beneficial for marketing purposes. Home builders and land developers are already using drones to obtain high resolution for marketing collateral, now TraceAir can capture 360 panoramas on lower altitudes during our regular scans which can be easily shared between stakeholders and potential customers to keep them posted on the construction progress.
