This year, TraceAir is celebrating 11 years of helping builders and developers move projects forward with greater clarity, confidence, and control.

That growth has always been guided by the same principle: build technology around the way homebuilders actually work. We have spent years listening closely to our clients and shaping a product built for homebuilders, by homebuilders — one that reflects the realities of the field, the demands of the office, and the need for better visibility across every project.

Growing Across the Full Project Lifecycle

What began as a solution for land development has grown into a platform that supports teams across the full project lifecycle — from pre-development and land acquisition through vertical construction and beyond.

As our clients’ needs have evolved, so has TraceAir. We have continued to expand our platform to help more teams make better decisions earlier, stay aligned through execution, and reduce risk at every stage.

Today, we are proud to work with 95% of the top 20 homebuilders, along with hundreds of other homebuilders, land developers, land banks, and grading contractors across the U.S. and Canada.

Over the years, we have been proud to help our clients work smarter, move faster, and bring more certainty to increasingly complex projects. Some of the milestones that stand out most include:

• Launching Layout Generator to help teams create conceptual layouts and estimate yield faster, with more than 1,000 layouts generated
• Introducing TraceWalk 360° to give vertical teams stronger documentation, visibility, and progress tracking in the field
• Receiving top industry recognition, including the Best of IBS™ Award for Best Business Solution Software
• Supporting projects of all sizes, from a few acres to tens of thousands
• Continuing to build tools that improve visibility across earthwork, utilities, drainage, portfolio management, and site execution

This past year also marked an important leadership milestone for TraceAir as Ivan Lvov stepped into the role of CEO, helping lead the company into its next phase of growth, product innovation, and global scale.
